The 4th Red Dot Design Award for Novak M
It’s with great excitement and huge pride that we can announce that our Stretcher X2 has been awarded the prestigious Red Dot Design Award 2022.

It is extraordinary to read the lines: ”It is my great pleasure to inform you that your product won over our jurors to receive a distinction in the Red Dot Award: Product Design 2022. Congratulations on this wonderful achievement!« We are thrilled and proud that our Stretcher X2 now comes with the Red Dot internationally sought-after Seal of Quality. This is already the fourth tremendous recognition for our Novak M brand, our R&D department and the industrial design team from Wilsonic design we cooperate with.
Red Dot Product Design
Every year now in one of the world’s largest design competitions, more than 5000 entries from countries all over the world face the professional judgement of the jury comprising of international experts. By the motto “In search of good design and innovation”, the entries are scrutinized in detail and assessed in terms of their design quality and degree of innovation as well as functionality and longevity.
Stretcher X2 – Red Dot Winner 2022
The successor of Stretcher X that won the Red Dot Award in 2017, Stretcher X2, brings a considerable improvement to the challenges medical staff regularly encounter while helping their patients. With a carefully curated selection of innovative solutions, the Stretcher X2 enhances patients’ protection and comfort and improves hospital patient flow.
Lightweight, flexible and reliable
Stretcher X2 is 18 kg lighter than the previous generation and at the same time it features a 320 kg safe working load. It is ultimately reliable and much easier to push along the hospital corridors. With the foot pedals and levers located just where they should be, caregivers can effectively support their patients’ medical conditions and at the same time ensure their maximum comfort.
Red Dot Celebration
Two years in a row, also in 2020 when our S-line series of examination, therapy and massage tables won this prestigious award, there were only on-line celebration events due to the corona virus pandemic. We are really looking forward to the Red Dot Design week in June this year when the celebration will again take place in Essen, Germany, with three different events the Red Dot Gala, the Winners’ Dinner and the Designers’ Night.
