At the end of last year, we visited the newly opened practice of occupational, transport and sports medicine LAM Care in Kranj. Their bright rooms have been equipped with top-notch Examination tables S, which will support them at work and help bring treatment to a higher level.
The private practice of occupational, transport and sports medicine opened its premises at the end of last year in Kranj. LAM Care provides occupational health and safety services, medical examinations for athletes and to renew driver’s licenses. As we were told by doctor Marija Lucija Antolič, at the advanced medical practice they put their patients first and therefore, they adapt their activities and work to the challenges and needs of their patients.
The specific nature of work at LAM Care dictates different requirements from those at general examination practices. These requirements also had to be met by choosing the right medical equipment. For one of their exam rooms, they chose Examination Table S with paper roll holder and PVC cover to further ensure high hygiene standards during checks, while the other room was equipped with Examination Table SL. The latter has been equipped with an elevated armrest attached to the fixation rail, thus simplifying specialized and general examinations.
In the past, dr. Marija Lucija Antolič has worked with Novak M tables several times and was greatly impressed by them. “I particularly like the electric height adjustment of the table. With it, I can easily offer anyone to safely get on and off the table,” she said. Controlling the height also helps preserve her own health, as it can ensure proper posture during examinations.
