What do I get by registering my product?

When you register your product, you’ll get an extra year of warranty on the construction, performance, and electrical parts. In addition to the standard 3-year Basic warranty, you are given an additional worry-free year if something goes wrong. Plus, if you need a service appointment, it will be easier to arrange it because all the important information about your product will be in one place. With product traceability, the service team can identify and fix any issues more easily and quickly.

How to register

You can register your product on our website within 3 months from the purchase date. The QR code, which can be found on the back page of the User manual or on the Basic Warranty, will take you directly to the registration website. You’ll need to fill in some data and key product information. The serial number and model (REF) can be found on the silver plate on the product or in the Basic Warranty, while the delivery date can be found on the invoice you received. Complete the registration process by pressing the Register button. To confirm that your request has been successfully submitted you will receive an email. An Extended Warranty Certificate in PDF format will be sent to you by our sales team.
